Can I transfer or give any of my membership benefits to another person?
Unfortunately no. Although sharing is caring, each patient's membership perks are solely for their use.
However - we love that you are super generous and you can always use your 10% discount to purchase any products or treatments for a family or friend. Better yet, why not recommend they get their PASSPORT to Pure Confidence too?

Does membership include a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No, we do not have membership contracts. We aren't trying to lock you into any long term agreement, we want you to be here becuase you love getting an exclusive, VIP experience for your routine medspa treatments. PASSPORT and PASSPORT+ are month to month membership programs. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us and providing a written request. Keep in mind that we will not be able to provide any additional treatments, feebies, VIP tickets, or anything else if you are no longer a member. After cancellation there is a 6 month waiting period to get back into the program.
